Bill Gates had written Micro-Soft intentionally because in Micro-Soft “Micro” was from Microcomputer and “soft” was from Software”. After the hyphen was ignored the name was officially registered in the year 1976 in New Mexico. The HQ of the Microsoft was also shifted to Redmond, Washington. Allen and Paul were happy.
