How to Schedule Posts Through Canva Tool
In this tutorial, we will learn how to schedule social media posts through the Canva tool. Follow the given steps.
Step 1: Open the Canva website on your default browser.
Step 2: On the Canva homepage side menu, click on the Content Planner option.
Step 3: Now click on the + option when you want to schedule the post.
Step 4: You can schedule a new creative or design a new graphic for scheduling.
Step 5: Scheduling existing designs: Under Recent designs tab, choose the one that you wish to schedule. You can browse it under your Projects if your design is not visible there.
Step 6: Creating designs to schedule: Click on Create a design. Click on the Create option to create a new design. Click on the Share option to schedule it. Click on More option if you don’t find your design there.
Step 7: In the next step, you will set the date and time for the scheduled post. You have the option to edit your design before finally scheduling it. It will show you the local time according to your location.
Step 8: You will be shown different options like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Choose the platform on which you wish to schedule the post. You will have to log in with your social media account credentials in order to publish posts on them.
Step 9: You can add more than one page in your design and edit any of the pages before finally publishing the page on social media accounts.
How to Schedule Posts through Canva on Mobile
Step 1 Open the Canva app on your mobile phone. On the top corner of the editor, tap on the arrow icon. If you are an Enterprise user then you need to take approval first.
Step 2: Click on the Schedule option. Look for the Schedule option if it’s not visible to you.
Step 3: You can set the desired time and date for the post to be published. The time follows your local time zone. Click on the Next option
Step 4: Choose the social media platform on which you intend to schedule the post. You will have to log in first in order to publish the posts.
Step 5: If you have more than one page in your design then you can add all of them at once. Canva gives you the option to choose selected designs for download or scheduling purposes.
Click on Schedule after adding an appropriate Caption.
