Step 1: Open the Official website for GIPHY extension for the Gmail.
Step 2: Click on the Add to Chrome button to add the extension in Google chrome.
Step 3: Click on Add Extension button
Step 4: Now open the Gmail on the desktop. Click on compose button. You will see the GIPHY icon at the bottom of the Gmail.
Step 5: Type your email and click on the GIPHY icon when you wish to insert a GIF in the email.
Step 6: Click on the Send button to send the email with the GIF.
That’s all. You have successfully inserted the GIF in the email in Gmail.

How to insert GIFs in Gmail on Android
We will make use of the Gboard app. Gboard is basically a preinstalled app on most android phones. If not you can install it from the Google PlayStore. Let us learn how we can use Gboard to insert GIFs in Gmail on Android.

Step 1: Install the Gboard app from Google Playstore
Step 2: Now open the Gmail on your smartphone. Click on the Compose button.
