Check the internal settings

Forget Your Bluetooth Connection and Re-Pair It

- First of all, go to Settings >> Bluetooth.
- Touch the (i) icon next visible adjacent to the name you have added for your Bluetooth.
- Select the option Forget This Device and click on Confirm.
- Go for the force restart and wait for sometime.
- Put back your AirPods in the Airpods case and wait for 1 min or so.
- Open the case, and press the setup button. Keep it pressed untill you notice the setup LED light.
- Close the case and wait for the pairing prompt.
- Bring the AirPods close to your device and a Setup icon will appear on the screen.
